About the Role

We are seeking responsible, attentive, and energetic Event Stewards to join our event management team. As an Event Steward, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests throughout the event.
You’ll help manage crowd control, guide attendees, provide assistance, and maintain a professional and friendly presence that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and security.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in ushering, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Friendly, confident, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and assist them in locating entrances, exits, and facilities.
  • Monitor crowd movement and ensure compliance with event safety regulations.
  • Support security personnel in managing access control and emergency procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Direct guests to seating areas or designated event zones.
  • Report incidents or irregularities promptly to the supervisor.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned areas during and after the event.
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and closing activities.
