- Monitor crowd movement and ensure compliance with event safety regulations.
- Support security personnel in managing access control and emergency procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Direct guests to seating areas or designated event zones.
- Report incidents or irregularities promptly to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned areas during and after the event.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and closing activities.
