- Check in attendees, verify registrations, and distribute badges or materials
- Answer guest questions regarding schedules, locations, speakers, or services
- Direct attendees to event areas such as registration, seating, restrooms, or exhibits
- Staff the help desk and handle general inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with crowd flow and queue management during peak times
- Support event organizers with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Handle lost & found items and report issues to event supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional help desk area
- Escalate special requests or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure a smooth guest experience
