About the Role

We are seeking vigilant, disciplined, and dedicated Security Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, clients, visitors, and property.
As a Security Officer, you’ll act as the first line of defence ensuring peace of mind through professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a security officer, guard, or similar role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security operations and emergency procedures.
  • Physically fit and alert at all times.
  • Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Must be of good character, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possession of a valid security license or training certificate (if applicable).
  • Applicant must also hold an SIA License (SG or DS).
  • A checkable 5 year work history must be provided, covering the last 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect company property, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a safe environment.
  • Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and control access points.
  • Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering the premises.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
  • Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident logs.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to prevent violations of company policy.
